Melbourne City is the capital of the Southeastern state of Victoria. The city is beautiful and safe that it was declared by the ‘Economist Global Liveability Survey year 2011’, as the most livable city in the world, dethroning Vancouver. And it has retained its title for five consecutive years! It’s probably because there’s not much pollution in the city or maybe because they’ve worked hard in preserving their natural resources whilst still keeping up with the urban trend. But, who knows? I can actually name plenty of reasons why it bagged the the coveted title, but I’m afraid it would take so much of your time.
So instead, I will be taking you to some of the beautiful spots we went to last year so you don’t have to google them for your next trip!
Eureka Tower
View from 88th Floor! Whoa!
Take fun photos like this one! HAHA!
Located in Southbank of Melbourne, Eureka Tower is a 297.3 metre skyscraper towering over the beautiful city of Melbourne! You’ll be taken to the 88th floor observation deck dubbed as the highest point in the southern hemisphere. If you have fear of heights though, better rethink this location as one of your destinations because it’s really, really high!!Β But if you would love to check out how Melbourne would look like from above, then go for it!
